How long did you use Ergo? Should I buy another?

So my Ergo is falling apart. I've gotten so much use out of that thing--used it with my first ds, now for about a year with my dd. But now I'm debating....is it worth buying another? My dd is 14 months old, and I can't remember how long I really used it with my first ds. Maybe 2 years? Dd still loves the Ergo and I love carrying her, but I'm not sure it's worth another $100. It's possible we might have another baby down the line. What would you do?

I still use it with DS who is 2.5 years old. Even if you only use it for 6 months the resale value is high (and it should hold up well for that long).

DS is almost 3 yo & I still carry him around in it a few times a week for several hours. Mine's in great shape, after 2 years, and I bought it used off of ebay. Plus I like it that I can actaully still carry him in it while almost 9 mos pgs!

I still use my ergo with my 28 mo dd every day. If my ergo was to fall apart even now I'd buy another in a heartbeat, but I am definitely wanting more children in the future I really don't know if I could get by without it.

I'd get another one. Even if you don't use it a ton the resale value on Ergos is pretty good. I see them go on my local craigslist for about $80.

I would definitely get another one. I've seen some really good deals on them lately on craigslist, diaperswappers, Ebay, TBW - $35-$75 usually
