Blood Thinning

My midwife recommended that I take a baby aspirin daily for trying to conceive and through pregnancy since I have had 2 miscarriages in a row. I don't feel comfortable with this.

I know omega 3's help thin the blood. I take fermented CLO, but there isn't a whole lot of omega 3's in that right? What can I take to help thin my blood naturally. Extra omegas and if so, what brand is recommended? Any other ideas?

Have you had your MTHFR gene or homocysteine levels checked? The aspirin recommendation usually goes along with those. Your body uses folate (not folic acid) and B12 to keep the methyl cycle going and homocysteine low, so I'd start there.

I've made tea from willow leaves before, which contain essentially aspirin (processing the leaves numbed my fingers). It had a pleasant vanilla note to it, and it worked on a headache, but it was not gentle.
