hi from a new mom=moving and changing

Hi, I am Jildez, and I am 36, married to my best friend,T, for over ten years, we have done so much, traveled, explored, did peace corps and now, finally, had our first son, Shia. He is prompting me to re-evaluate my life and how i think about success. My husband and i are both currently in grad school, but he is finishing this month and has gotten a job in Iowa, so we are leaving, and I get the chance to stay home with my boy and be a housewife. You have to understand, i was a doc student and before that, a teacher who only left her classroom when the custodian kicked me out, so this is a big change. Anyway, I am moving to a small town in 10 days, i finish my course work in 8 days and i am trying to figure out if i should try to keep my feet in my old world while plunging into this new world. I look forward to joining a community of women coming to terms with their own dilemmas and drawing on your experience and knowledge.
