in super baby food under the 8 month ideas section she recommends cooked parsley. has anyone done this? did you steam it? how much per serving? alone or added to other food?

sometimes that book just confuses me but i have a lot of fresh organic parsley and am looking for new green food to offer dd. plus it is so good for you, right?

DD loves lots of greens. I haven't done parsley yet, but she loves spinach, swish chard, several kinds of lettuce, etc. Sometimes, she's OK with it raw, but she likes it better steamed. She's had dried parsley used to season a meal.

It's very high in oxalates so if your baby has yeast issues it may be a problem.
