Tubular gauze?

or something like that to make waldorf dolls with. What is it? Do I have to order it special? Is there anything I can substitute for it? I'm dying to make my son a waldorf doll.

you can find that in any health suply store in your town. they usually carry 2 inches and 3 inches wide tubular stockinettes and you can buy them by the foot or you can buy them in bulk from ebay.

you can google the health supply stores in your area and call them to see iof they have any... thats what I did when I started making dolls.

I don't know if it works the way it is "supposed to", but I used an old white knee sock (like pantyhose texture) cut down in length. It worked for me and if you have a pair it would work for like 4 dolls.
You should post pictures when you are done!
