Another what if question: nasal spray vs. shot?

If you *had* to choose between taking the flu (reg flu or "other" flu ) nasal spray or the shot, which one would you pick and why?

Would your answer change if it were your children vs. yourself or spouse?

Thanks!

Well I wouldn't go down without a fight but if I *had* to I would get the spray. I realize it is a live virus and there is a good chance that I will become ill, but I think that the potential harm that comes from having the toxic ingredients injected directly into my blood stream is greater. I would have the same feelings if it were my child. The lesser of 2 evils?? maybe

That's how I feel too, so far. At least with the spray, it's going into your body in a *somewhat* natural way.

I would go with the injection because it is not a live virus. Also, the injection is into the muscle and is slowly absorbed. It is not direct into the blood stream.
