For dd1. She has a fascination with being Jewish for at least 2 years now so she wants to explore Hanukah a little more this year.

P.S. I just got a really beautiful menorah off of freecycle.org this afternoon. So cool!

One of our PBS stations is showing a kid-oriented Hanukkah show on Sunday a.m. at 8. You can check your area's listings.

Hmm...I just looked and it has "Viewer's Choice" 12-midnight. I guess I'll check it out around that time to see what's on.

Score for the menorah!

How old is she? The Sammy Spider's series is great for toddlers & pre-schoolers.

The Chabad kid's site is informative (for general Jewish stuff) and their main site is very informative for all things Jewish. Chabad comes from an Orthodox/Torah Observant orientation.

That said, the Judaism 101 site is probably easier to navigate.

The library should have a bunch of books either available from other branches or in your own branch.

GL!
