Kid's cookbooks that are TF or grain-free?

My dd wants a "make book" (recipe book) for Christmas and most books I have found include a lot of things with sugar and frosting, something I would rather not encourage. Anybody know of any young kid cookbooks that have healthier fare? I am trying to move the family to grain-free, primal diet since I feel SOOOO much better on it and dh is slowly moving that direction. So far we haven't cut out dairy (with no immediate plans to), but grain free and (mostly) sugar free is really challenging my ability to find cookbooks that are kid-friendly.

It's definitely not grain free, and not totally TF, but I'd say "pretend soup" by mollie katzen is pretty good. And a great book for kids (each recipe is both written in standard form, and illustrated in a kid friendly format that still sticks out in my memory.)

It doesn't have meat recipes, and does have quite a few grain recipes (quesodillas, bagel veggie faces, muffins, oatmeal), however, it also has some great grain free recipes.

salad people by the same author looks ot have fewer grain recipes.

She also has honest pretzels which is for grade school to middle school kids. (whereas pretend soup and salad people are for pre-school and up)

I am grain free and I don't know of any kids cookbooks for that either. You could make a cookbook with her. You could start it with just a few recipes and photos and then add to it together.
