Will you measure your Le Creuset 5.5 Qt for me??

I am thinking of getting a Le Creuset 5.5 Qt Dutch Oven for Christmas but I need to make sure it will fit in my toaster oven (the only oven I have). Would someone mind measuring theirs - just the diameter including the handles and the height including the lid. I _MUST_ be able to make the NY Times No Knead Bread recipe.

Thank you SO much!!!!

I don't have a 5.5 qt Dutch Oven (I'm holding out for the 7.25 qt ), but I'm sure I read notes about that No Knead bread recipe, and it recommended using a 3.5 qt. round or oval oven. The smaller pot produces a fuller loaf, rather than a flat one.

Hmm, after a bit of googling, it looks like it was Mark Bittman, in a follow up NYT article:

Wow - thanks! I might just get the smaller pot instead. I also wanted a smaller pot for rice but figured I would hold off a bit. I too would prefer a higher loaf though.

Oh, and I have the 7 1/2 Qt (I think that is the size) and LOVE it. Williams-Sonoma has 20% off through Sunday.

They carry them at Jusco. . .

I saw them which is what reminded me. My ILs are actually getting it for me - if I can get my act together and figure out what size I want. HA!! And Jusco's prices are NO WHERE near the 20% off rate - especially with the yen rate right now. Hmm, I wish I had more time before I have to email my MIL and I could zip over there and measure one though.......
