yet another question from me, sorry!
we figured out that my dc is allergic to dairy...BUT i seriously have to pump to go back to work next thursday (in less than a week) and haven't pumped at all for the freezer yet-- she's only 5 weeks old.
been off the dairy since monday, it's been 5 days. would you wait much longer to pump? i don't want to give her milk with the dairy proteins still in it, of course. don't quite know what to do here.. (i am also experiencing oversupply, and am afraid the pumping will make it worse but i just decided to keep pumping that extra to store for when i go back to work after the holidays..)
anyone know how long it's best to wait to pump after stopping the dairy/soy?
multiple thanks!
