I cut her finger

I was clipping DD's nails the other evening and cut the tip of her finger instead of the nail. I felt soooo horrible. She kept bleeding too. I didn't think it would ever stop. The bandaids we had were too big (ofcourse) so I cut one up and made it small enough for her finger and covered her injury with a mitten that we used to use when she was a newborn. She looked so pitiful.

ahhhhh! i cut the tip of her thumb off this am (slight exageration....very slight.) she's been miserable the rest of the day and i've been giving her tylenol. it's got to be miserable, it hurts so much even for us big people. now she's asleep but crying every 15 min or so for a few seconds. expecting a looooong night.
