Champion Juicer to grind sprouted grains???

I have a champion juicer and I read on a website that to grind sprouted grains, you need to use the blank plate, but does not include any info further. I bought it used and do not have any of the instructions and wondered if anyone has used the Champion Juicer for this?

Thanks so much!

(I will only be soaking non wheat grains, we are wheat free)

Yes, you just attach the one that doesn't look like the juice one-no blade or tiny holes. Then just feed the grain sprouts through it. It grinds them up nicely. I'm not sure what your question is, but yes it is possible! I have the Omega though, not Champion. They are similar, I think.
