Cinnamon Applesauce Ornaments

My 4yo and I made a batch of these the other day and they turned out so good that I wanted to share! Unfortunately I have no means of getting a pic online right now though. But here's what we did:

1 cup applesauce
1 cup cinnamon
1 TBS glue

Mixed, rolled out, and cut out gingerbread shapes. Let air dry for 2 days, turning occasionally. Decorated with puffy fabric paint. They are adorable and smell SOO good!

We made these last year and have them on the tree this year! Who ever would have thought cinnamon and applesauce could make a dough?
(We left out the glue and still worked perfectly).
They do smell yummy!!
