Hello mamas-
DD is 13 months and still nursing away!
I want to continue as long as possible: We are leaning towards CLW at this point.
I also want to lose about 15 lbs. I got to my pre-baby weight quickly PP, but it has been creeping up again over the last year. Mostly because I didn't want to deprive her (or myself) anything in a time when I just didn't know what my body needed calorie and nutrient-wise. But, I am so ready to feel slim and fit again! I'm a little concerned because I have read that weight loss can decrease milk supply or, worse, release fat-soluble toxins into the milk.
Anyone have any research or experience that could help me start this goal but also nurse well and safely?
TIA!

Walking is by far the best exercise I`ve found. Put the baby in the sling or stroller and just cruise around for 30-45 mins or so. It`s not only good exercise but also helps your mood.
