Resources to teach 3 yr old about viruses & bacteria

My 3 year old son is interested in things like viruses and bacteria, basically why people get sick. I don't know a good way to explain it to him, so I could use a resource appropriate for his age either and online resource or a book recommendation.

The boys are doing a yr of anatomy/health. We have used a bunch of really cute books about germs/virus/bacterias.

the Lets-read-and-find out books are really nice about explaining things in a way a child can understand.
