For the last 2 years I have been taking my nursing prereqs and coreqs. I have had no childcare, only DH. I will be in school fulltime nursing program in January.
I have hired a parttime nanny for 3 days a week starting in January. What things can I do now and then to make life easier for me, my kids and the nanny.
She is coming to be a mothers helper next week, and the week before Christmas. I will be home. She will be here to see how things run but also take care of the kids while I finish last minutes Christmas stuff.
The nanny has asked for some kind of daily schedual as well as label all meals and snacks until she knows what they like to eat. Plus I am type A and have told her I will make it "touch and go" for her.
Ideas, suggestions? TIA
