You might not remember much of the entire experience, but it's definitely possible.
Could you start taking a class next spring or summer to get used to balancing school in addition to work and parenting? That way you can ease into it rather than jumping into it all at once.
If you are in your pre-reqs, you might be able to take some of your classes online to mitigate the time spent on campus and commuting. That might help you make better use of your time.
I went to grad school while working as a single parent (with a crazy commute that was overall as many hours as a part-time job). It was definitely a wild and crazy ride and a very packed experience with little free time. But it was doable. I learned to schedule every single thing--when I would study, when I would do homework, when I would read, when I would research. If you block out times to get things done and maximize your time--even your lunch break, it works.
At times I had to sacrifice doing my very best for the sake of just getting it all done. That was frustrating, but it was a minor issue.
