Exemption Question- Satte you live or where child goes to school?

We don't want to vaccine DS and so far have not.

We live in NY close to the CT border. NY and CT schools are an option. Do we need to follow CT laws, if we send him to school there or NY laws regardless of where he goes to school. What about if we homeschool?

Anyone know where we can find info on either state's exemption laws?

There are different links at the top for each state. I didn't realize you could live in one state and school in another? I don't know about hs. I wouldn't think so, since you're home.

We were almost in the same situation with the same states

You have to vaccinate and follow the law for the state in which they will be attending school.

NY can be rough...CT is super easy
