I'm nursing my 16 month old daughter and had to go on antibiotics for a month long sinus infection I just couldn't shake. Not that I am surprised because it happens every time, but I'm only on day 5 of a 10 day course and I've got a horrible yeast infection
I don't take antibiotics often at all, but when I do I am 100% sure to get a yeast infection. I'm pretty sensitive and other things give me one easily as well.
I'd like to start taking probiotics daily, but need to research since I'm nursing my 16 month old. Are there any in particular that are safer for the nursling? I was thinking of just taking acidophilis pills, but someone suggested I might need something better than that since my system is so sensitive.
Just curious if anyone knew which ones were best for a nursing mom. Thanks
