Which is better to have on hand- Angelica or Placenta Out?

I just like to have these things on hand "JIC" though I've never had issues with the placenta or PPH. I will have some shepherds purse, but I was wondering which is better to have between just plain angelica or Placenta Out?

I just had angelica tincture that I made myself. It caused plenty of contractions but my placenta still took 10hrs with retained membranes for a full 24hrs after the birth. Never tried the other so can't say about that but I plan to just have angelica on hand again.

I've used Angelica successfully in a few births and it worked efficiently each time. I have Placenta Out but have never used it.

angelica because I like simples and shepherd's purse has a very short active shelf life and that is way sooner than when angelica will run out of umph- so with it being added to a mix you may be paying for an inert ingredient- so why not just cut to the chase instead-

Because as far as I understood they serve different purposes?

eta- wait, I might be misunderstanding...are you saying you wouldn't get SP at all, or just not the Placenta Out which contains SP?

Speaking of that, it has had me confused. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't SP to help with excessive bleeding or PPH? And Angelica to get the placenta out if it's not coming, or get out remnants of it? So prior to learning that SP was in Placenta Out, I thought the two shouldn't be used simultaneously? Because it seems contradictory?

placenta out has angelica , cohosh and shepherd's purse- now sp's shelf life is 6 months or less- so buy that fresh or make that for yourself in your pregnancy and then also buy angelica as a tincture if you want to take one or both then you have the best of both worlds- and if you need or want say shepherd's purse for hemorrhage and you have already delivered the placenta then you won't be getting something you don't need- the thing is that old shepherd's purse will probably still have some clotting action but no contraction action but the fresh stuff does both contractions and clotting - and if I were looking for something else on the contraction front I would be thinking cotton root bark or maybe trillium(depends on where you live and availability)

I prefer angelica because it is a not a combination of things. I have both angelica and shepherds purse, which each serve different purposes.

I used plain angelica tincture, and it worked great! It was almost 2 years since I bought it, too.

Thanks everyone! I think I'll just stick with Angelica!
