Discolored Diaper Rash??

DS has had a bad diaper rash for about a week now, and also some diahrea.. which has been making the rash worse. Any tips?

Also, the past 2 days it has become... discolored looking. Like, it is dirty looking. But he is definitely clean. Any thoughts?

We introduced a couple ounces of goat's milk a day, so it could be that. He also has been eating blueberries for breakfast. Could it be a reaction to one of those?

Not sure about the discolored part, but yes, diarrhea and a diaper rash can both be signs of allergic reaction to food. Both the foods you mentioned would be relatively unusual allergies, but not unheard of.
