What do you think of ezekiel bread? WE have been eating that for breakfast but I notice it has sprouted organic soy bean in it?

If we could eat gluten and were into eating grains, I'd totally eat it. I bet sprouting soybeans has a similar effect to fermenting (as in miso and soy sauce--which I believe are ok/good to eat healthwise...)

I eat it at least once a day... In fact, it's one of the few types of grains that I do eat on a regular basis. I've always felt good on it! (Especially spread with coconut oil and almond butter!)

I stay away from it. I don't think that sprouting is as good as fermenting soy. Soy has to ferment for atleast 2 weeks to be good for you, and I bet the soy beans were ony sprouted for a few days. Someone please correct me if am mistaken.

Perhaps if you are fine with soy in general it may be fine for you, but we are very sensitive. I sure wish it didn't have soy in it.

That's what I was wondering. I believe their 7-grain english muffins have no soy...
