how does your bedtime routine look with 2+ kids? i have a 5 yo son and a 16 mo son. up until now i haven't really had any consistent routine with anything 
in part because my dh works nights and i'm on his schedule staying up very late and getting up very late. i've decided that this sucks though, and ds1 doesn't get to spend enough time with other children because everyone else with children his age are of course on normal routines and seemingly all take naps in the afternoon about the time we're getting up and about. so anyways, i don't know how to manage putting them both to bed! they try to keep each other awake! so when i try to put them to bed it ends up taking upwards of 2 hours to get them both to sleep.
