Easy recipe needed for DD to bring to school - Tomorrow!

DD just gave me a note that the school sent home about a holiday party tomorrow! Ummm...yea, thanks for the notice. I need to bring a main dish or a side for her class. Any quick and easy suggestions? No peanuts please.

Did you ever find anything?

On short notice I would send guacamole and chips, hummous and veggies, salsa and chips.
