How do you know when you're drying up?

I'm 4 months pregnant and my dd has recently become fussy at the breast, asking for nunnies, then refusing them in a fit. I'm at a loss since she nurses for comfort mostly, but it seems to be causing her more grief now. She's 20mo and I have/had no intention of weaning her and would be plenty pleased to tandem nurse but I'm confused by what's going on.

I still offer every time she asks and continue to until she finally does calm down and either takes the breast or changes her mind. I'm not sure what else I can do, and can't tell if my supply is dropping or not. Is there anything safe to take during pregnancy to help with my supply if that's the case?

When pg im not sure there is anything that really helps. Your milk may be diminished or even gone or the flavor could have changed. When she does nurse can you hear her swallow? Mine dried up but ds still dry nursed threw my pg. Congrats on ur pg!
