all alkaline diet

So i ve been reading that an all alkaline diet will cure almost any ailment, including cancers. They talk about how an alkaline body does not host diseases.
Any input??
I've been tryng this week to make meals at least 70% alkaline, very difficult for us indeed!
We live a very tradition food diet and notice very good health in our family.
