Inexpensive fix for sticky-messy honey jar

Just wanted to share this super-easy fix for the ever-messy ever-sticky honey jar.

Find a squeeze bottle ($1.29 Ketchup for me) that stands lid-side down and has the big flip-top with the inner-valve (this is KEY!). These are usually marketed as "drip/mess-free" and it works beautifully for honey - a nice thin stream of honey that doesn't drip a drop.

Hope this helps someone out there with sticky counters, sticky cupboard shelves, sticky spoons, and sticky hands!

What a good idea! Thanks! I have the giant bottle of Costco honey precariously balancing on it's tiny lid. I'll recycle my ketchup bottle when it's empty
