I'm doing ginger tea, peppermint tea, and 100mg B6 daily.

The only thing that really worked for me was not letting my tummy get empty. I had to eat at least few bites of something, every hour, by the clock, even if I didn't want to. ....that and waiting until I hit 15 weeks. ...and then just eating only what ever sounded good. I liked fruit, club soda, no vegetables, saltines, noodles in chicken broth, apple sauce, grapefruit.....but it changed everyday. One day something would be good, and the next day I would hate it. Needless to say, there were lots of trips to the store.

Yes! Definitely eating small things throughout the day instead of 3 large meals - helps a ton.

Acid. Tomato sauce out of the can, lemons, lemon juice. Eventually I started carrying around a lemon just to smell.

I feel like I tried everything (ginger, unisom/b6, zofran, etc.) and really it was just the passage of time. By 14 weeks or so I was starting to feel better and was pretty well over it by 20 weeks.

I did notice that I felt better on days I got plenty of rest and was well hydrated.

Sorry you're suffering! Hang in there.
