Can anyone recommend a large capacity diaper pail for use with cloth diapers? We have been using the Diaper Champ, but it barely holds a small load of diapers and I have been doing laundry way too often.
I use a 5 gallon bucket from Lowes. Comes with a lid and I don't worry about a liner or anything, I just rinse it out in the shower as needed. I think any type of kitchen trashcan would work well too - with a wetbag liner or not. I know people who have this and love it too. HTH!
We use this one and I like it a lot. No smells escape. We wash every 3 days. I don't use a liner, I just rinse it out inbetween uses. It does get full if I wait until the end of the 3rd day. DS is 20 months now, when he was younger, I'd wash every 2 days because we went through more diapers.
We have a Sterlite brand trashcan from Walmart. It has a touch pop-up lid, and handles inside the can for easy transport to the washer. It was less than $12.
I don't use a liner, I just spray and rinse the can when I throw a load in, but a liner would work fine with it.
I got a cheapo white sterile kitchen trashcan with a flip up lid. Cost like $7 at Big Lots. Been using it 6 yrs for CDing, works great and doesn't look ugly.
