Family cloth washing question

Do you wash your FC separately? Or would you put them with cloth diapers?

I'm thinking about switching to FC and was curious! Thanks.

We just toss ours in with the cloth diapers. But if I wasn't already doing diapers I'd put them in with the regular wash. (We do pee only)

We do pee only, and I throw them with the regular wash. If we had dirty diapers, we might (maybe maybe) do poo as well and wash with the diapers. Since we don't have diaper loads, pee only.

my single layer fc handwash and dry extremely well. since our washing situation isn't what I'd call ideal (horrible coin operated laundry on premises that leaves clothes stained and costs a lot to operate), I'm pretty much only handwashing them. my aio mamacloth are too thick to air dry in the winter (we'll see next summer) but single layer flannel family cloth do just fine.

Poo family cloth gets washed by itself or with very icky cleaning rags that would be getting the same treatment anyway. Pee cloth sometimes migrates into the regular wash, but mostly goes in with the other sort.

If we were "pee-only" I would have no issue tossing it all in with the regular laundry.

I wash it with diapers and mamacloth. I've been debating about what to do when we are done diapers, because we are down to one small load a week.

I wash it separate from other laundry and the diapers, just because it's in a separate trashcan in our bathroom. I would be fine washing it with the diaper laundry, but it's easier for me to just do a small, quick load of my wipes and not have to separate them back out from the little one's cloth wipes. Plus, they dry a lot quicker when they aren't mixed in a big load of diapers.
