is the Reading Eggs site down???

We haven't been able to get the Reading Eggs site to work since yesterday. We can get to the site, but it won't go to my son's map. Just wondering if it was just us or if everyone is having problems.

I sent them an email yesterday about it and haven't heard back. Don't want to make an international call to debug.

My account's working. We ran into a bit of trouble a month or so back. I emailed and got no response.

I switched to Firefox and it worked just fine.

Worth a try.

Could your subscription have expired? That happened to us, but it wasn't obvious. It took me awhile to figure it out.

My subscription hasn't expire, in fact, just purchased around a month ago.

When I click on my son's avatar to take me to the map, it sends me to the dashboard instead. From the dashboard, if I click on the "start reading" button under my son's avatar, it brings up a little box saying I need to "log in a user", which clearly I have already done as I can see my son's avatar with his name.

Thanks for your help with this, guys, as I haven't hear back from Reading Eggs itself.

I am using Firefox...but the issue seemingly just resolved itself. No clue what was wrong, but it suddenly started working.
