Small bump on back of baby's head

I noticed that my baby has a bump on the back of her head. It is where the neck meets the skull but on the skull part.

Could she have just bumped her head? I don't remember her doing this lately.

Could be a lymph node. There's one that floats around back there.

If you press on it with a finger, does it sort of wobble or slip out from under your finger? I think that's probably a lymph node.

It does kind of move around and a bit squishy. Well, we are going to Doc's tomorrow and I am going to point it out.
