Weight loss from CO is due to satiation, right? One tbs of CO has 108 calories. If you think you're getting the full signal before you want you could always skip the capsules and eat your regular diet. We cook with a monster amount of coconut oil and I don't notice a huge effect on my level of satiation like I do if I have a tbs of oil before I eat. Then I can practically skip eating all together
Are you concerned that you're not gaining weight? In the past when you gained 45 pounds per pregnancy, were you eating this way or a more standard American diet? Could be that you're maintaining because your at a good, healthy weight and your body is in balance. I lose weight at the beginning of my pregnancies and so far, haven't gained more than 10 pounds in either pregnancy. I even lost weight between this apt and last and I"m 38 weeks. And believe me, I eat well
