Does anyone have this IKEA bed?

I have been wanting this bed for DD, about to be 3. We live about 5 hrs from the closest IKEA, so MIL offered to pick it up for us while traveling. Today she called and said she didn't like how it looked in person, and did not buy it. Ugh. Just wondering if anyone has this or has seen it in person and can vouch that it looks like the pic?

i've seen this bed in person and have been seriously considering it for my dd. my best friend also has this bed for her dd who has used it for two years.

i think it's adorable. it definitely looks just like the picture. it's white, metal, and scrolly. very cute.

the only thing i dislike about it, and all ikea toddler beds, is the mattress. it comes with a three cushions that make up the mattress so that it can extend as you need it. the only mattresses that fit ikea toddler beds are the ikea mattresses. i wish i could fit my crib mattress (crazy expensive organic mattress that we never used because she never slept in the crib) in it!

Thanks so much. I have this mattress which is super thin and bendy which i was seriously hoping would fit! It is supposed to be a standard twin size but is a big narrower. I wonder if it would fit?!

a friend of mine has that one for her daughter.... im blanking on if its the white one or the other colored one, but either way, its adorable. i really like it. i have this one for ds. hes never slept in it though, we bought it right around the time ex and i seperated, and he slept in it for like 9 months... he says the mattress is fairly comfortable. once its fully extended, you can use a different mattress with it, but i dont know if its standard twin sized. its close though

I'm familiar with the bed (I go to IKEA way too much ) and I agree with the PP. It looks just like the picture and is really cute. I think any little girl would love it.

It is definitely not a twin size bed. We have one of the mattresses that would fit it (but not the bed). It is shorter and a bit narrower.

I don't like it- in person or in the pic. The picture is, IMO, realistic.

thanks everyone. i thought that the bed would extend to a twin size. bummer. i am going to measure and see if my DD's mattress will fit.
