Recs for DH friendly diapers, please! - Page 2

What about an aplix fitted, like a Loveybums? He'd still have to figure out the cover, but as long as it's actually covering the diaper, I suppose it doesn't matter too much if it's upside down and backwards

For a long time DP only liked Happy Heinys. Once we had a lot of fuzzibunz though he was fine with those. He was never good at matching up fitteds with covers, though so we only do fitteds when they are little (and I am at home more ). When I go back to work it is all pockets all the time.

I found the Sposoeasy to leak around the legs, but I may have moved her up in size too quickly.

My dh's favorites are Blue Penguin AIO's (made by the same company as Sposoeasy, but less expensive and with snaps) and Kissaluvs. He likes front snapping everything.

Well, DH has changed a few more dipes and since we are out of the NB cover sizes, has been doing better with fewer options. He has a tendency to put on two covers....and sometimes forget the PF and just use an insert, but so far, no leaks.

I got some BG Organic AIOs and a SposoEasy. He didn't reach for either, kept tri-folding the PFs. That's fine. I tried both and love how trim BG is! I was surprised and very pleased. I am not a huge fan of the SposoEasy. The velcro just looks bad after being washed (works fine, just looks grungy) and I have to pay extra attention to the leg openings to make sure the diaper fabric is not rolling out and getting clothing wet.

I'll keep the BG AIOs and will order some regular BG 3.0s now that they are on a nice sale. It seems DS2 isn't quite as sensitive as DS1 and hasn't reacted at all to the suedecloth. And I didn't think I'd care, but I do like the ease of the BG when I'm half asleep/awake in the middle of the night. Starting out in one could eliminate a nighttime diaper change if DS isn't feeling the wetness.

Thanks for your comments!

I have aplix pockets for sitters and DH. He also learned fuzzibunz snaps.

A trifold prefold in a cover would be simple.
