I never wear bras at home because I hate them.

I think I saw a study a while ago where they randomized women to +bra or -bra for six months and actually saw *more* drooping in the +bra group. I can't find it now though.

Also, Rinker et al. and Pisacane et al. compared breast aesthetics in parous women who had and had not breastfed, and found that breastfeeding alone does not have a significant effect on breast droop (although pregnancy itself does):

I researched this ages ago. I believe the consensus is that age plus genetics plus pregnancy (not nursing, pregnancy!) equals sagging. One theory says that wearing a bra weakens the muscles that hold the breasts up, meaning that the breasts actually sag more/sooner. There's also a theory that says bras prevent efficient lymphatic drainage and thus contribute to breast cancer.

I did go bra-free for a while: now I mostly wear nursing tanks and nursing bras (non-underwired). My breasts are in good shape (one baby and 22 months of nursing on), but I'm only a B.

I usually only wear a bra to work, and sometimes depending on what I'm wearing, not even then. And since I'm no longer working, I no longer wear a bra (YAY!)

I've always hated them, I stoped wearing one everyday when I was around 20, and I dont think they looked much different at 30 to be honest! Allthough they sure do now that I am BF...from a B to a D, I didnt quite expect THAT, but I still dont wear a bra. I have a couple of nursing tanks that have the built in bra, I can handle that.

So, no, your not crazy haha!
