4 year old has headache and vomiting

My 4 year old has a headache and is throwing up. The headache started at about midnight, and she threw up twice this morning. She feels a little warm but not super feverish. She is drinking water but doesn't want to eat.

Any ideas that might help her headache? She says its in her forehead, and she hasn't hit her head unless she didn't tell me (which is unlikely).

i do, but she seems to be finished with the vomiting now.

It can be useful for headaches accompanied by vomiting and mild fever, iirc.

Has she ever done this before? As someone that suffers from them myself the first thing that popped in my head was maybe it's a migraine. I started getting them at 4. From then until puberty mine were always an awful headache combined with a lot of vomiting. The only thing that really helps mine is sleeping it off. I hope she feels better!

She is much better today, and she did sleep almost all day. I hope it's not migraines

My daughter also has a headache and vomiting.  These headaches are in her forehead she's a little warm but not feverish and they started about 3 weeks ago.  the doctor i saw said it was probably a virus and she may come out in a cold but there has been nothing.

We are off to see another doctor in half hour.
