early pg - tight jeans already??

So with my previous pregnancies I've heard from my own self before, "wow I'm only "x" weeks and my jeans are already so tight!"

Well this is my 4th pregnancy (1 early m/c and 2 full term pregnancies) and this time it's even worse! I'm not complaining - I'm VERY excited about this little edition to our family! I'm just curious if other moms have noticed their tummy muscles "pudging" out earlier in subsequent pregnancies? I thought for sure there were twins, triplets or I was further along but - ultrasound shows a tiny baby - I'm only 5 or 6 weeks along!

I'm already getting tugging and pulling of ligaments that previously did not tug or pull until being stretched at around 14 weeks of pregnancy! I think this may be due to the fact that I've stretched twice already, there's now relaxin in my system so my ab muscles are relaxed (and weren't all that toned to start with) and also because my youngest is 14 months so it hasn't been very long since I last stretched out.

It's a bit embarrassing to tell people I'm pregnant and then when I tell them I'm only possibly 6 weeks they look at my tummy and wonder how it's "grown" so fast. Seriously - my shirts are tight, can't button my jeans - I LOOK pregnant!

Anyone else?

ME! This is my third pregnancy and I started the hair elastic button trick on my blue jeans by 5 weeks. I am petite and I have become thick in the middle very quickly. Now at eight weeks I feel my hips have already widened for my jeans but my maternity clothes are huge. I don't know what to wear. Ligament stretching is constant also. I guess its the began of everything being too big or too small and nothing feeling right. Maybe I'll wear moomoos from now on.

This is my third, and i was in maternity pants by 5 weeks as well. Part of it was that my uterus DID jump out right away and give me a pooch, but I also just refused to be uncomfortable this time. With my girls, i squished myself back into my prepregnancy pants for as long as I could, and this time I embraced the maternity pants. I'm much larger this time than i have been in the past - already getting "Due any day, huh?" remarks at 24 weeks - but hear that it is normal with us 3+ timers.

I'm 6 weeks as well, and will need to get into maternity clothes soon, like next week. But I'm too tired to dig them out of storage!!!! This is my 3rd pregnancy.

Yes I suppose technically I "could" keep squeezing into my regular jeans (the ones that were a bit loose to begin with not my tight ones!) for a couple more weeks but since I'm bloated, nauseated, gassy, etc... I feel more comfortable in the maternity jeans anyways - plus then I don't get a "muffin" top over my regular jeans.

YES and despite having only gained 4 pounds I can't get into any of my pants unless they are obscenely low rise.

What has mad it better is spankx tank top It at least smooths everything out and it's nice and silky on my skin. Keeps me warm and controls the pooch. I"ll be wearing it until my belly splits it in two.

This is only my 2nd pregnancy, and I'm only about 7 weeks. I've only lost weight so far, but my tummy has definately "popped" already. My work pants are too tight around my tummy under my navel, aand they really dig in and hurt! I guess I won't be able to hide it much longer if I have to go out and buy maternity clothes already!
I'm also noticing a lot more pressure in the pubic bone area, so I guess there's already some stretchin' and growin' going on! Just seems so early!

This could also be because I am SO Constipated. ACK!!! Just thought I would share!

Let's see....second pregnancy...about 7 weeks now.

Pants became IMMEDIATELY uncomfortable, and I'm wearing the loosest stuff I can rummage out of my closet. I'll be calling in my maternity clothes loans NOW. I didn't like pressure across my low belly last time, and I REALLY don't like it this time. And yeah, I'm definitely a little fluffier looking a lot earlier.

Oh, and, constipated. Check.

4th pregnancy-3rd baby...invested in the BE Band (target knock off of Bella Band). Best $20 I spent this pregnancy!! I was able to unbutton my jeans/pants & with the band, they didn't fall off. I am still using it for some of my maternity pants & will be able to use in during the postpartum period also.

My yoga pants are also my best friend~
