Help me make aioli!

Okay, I hate jarred mayo but I like aioli. Help me make a delicious aioli sauce...

It is easy to make your own mayo. All it takes is an egg yoke, mustard, oil salt and a lot of whisking. Just add crushed garlic at the end and you have aioli. Deborah Madison's _Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone_ has a mayo recipe, I'm sure you can find one on line too.

Here is a good version. The reviews provide a few extra tips like use room temperature egg yolks.

I've always used a food processor and added the oil verrrrry slowly until it emulsifies. I just don't have the patience, or the wrists, to whisk anything for 30 minutes.
