giant-sized bigger than king futon?

I have twin boys who are almost 3 and over 3 feet tall, and my husband is 6 and a half feet tall, and I need a really really really giant bed! It needs to be as long as a California King (about 84 inches), but about as wide as 2 queen size beds put together ... is there any way for me to find such a thing? I really don't want the crack in the bed! Is there somewhere you can go and have a custom futon made, for example? Has anyone here ever done that?

I think there is something like what you are looking for, only that, you will have to pay for a higher amount. Or maybe, you can go right to the factory of the manufacturer and request an extra size for a bed.

It's definitely possible to have a bed custom made. Check with any futon place or mattress manufacturer. My mom had a custom futon made for my brother when we were little - it was so cool! It spanned the whole end of his large bedroom. She built the platform out of sheets of plywood and cinder blocks (lots so that it wouldn't bend or sag anywhere) with big drawers for all our lego underneath. I would guess that something like that would cost a lot but we didn't have much money growing up so maybe it's not that bad.

I've also slept in European beds that are two singles together and the gap is surprisingly not bothersome at all. There are also mattress "bridges" you can buy to fill in the gap if you decide to try that route.
