Does this diaper exist?

I am in the middle of a CD trial, so I'm figuring out what I like and what I don't. Is there a diaper with all of the features I want? (My daughter is 8 weeks old and EBF.)

-Trim
-Reasonably affordable
-Snap closures
-NOT organic cotton (I have staining issues)
-Easy enough for DH or grandma to use

Diapers I like:
-BumGenius 3.0 AIO (except it has aplix)
-FuzziBunz Perfect Size (a bit pricier than I'd like, though, especially since I'd need several sizes)

Any recommendations for my "dream diaper"? I realize I might have to sacrifice a little...the trimmest diapers will be sized, which means I'll need more at greater cost, etc. But I've been at this for months and still feel overwhelmed!

A couple thoughts....
The Imse Vimse AIO might work for you. Or, the Rocky Mountain diaper. It is fully adjustable and rather trim. Mother-ease Sandy or even the One Size. Thirsties Fab Fitted.

I know some think the Marvel by Kissaluv is trim but they are rather pricey. Other Kissaluvs might work for you.

Good luck in your search.

Hmmm...I could've sworn I replied here earlier.

Swaddlebees pockets are really trim, they snap, and I think they come with plain fleece inners. You can sometimes get them from the Swaddlebees outlet for cheap. My ds fit in the mediums starting at about a month old.

SoftBums are quite trim. They are very trim in the crotch. They are OS and come in snaps now (but they seem harder to find). I'm not sure how easy I'd say they are for others though, since they are an AI2. You have to make sure the insert is pulled up enough in the front (though that may matter less for a girl).

AMP Duos are trim fitting under pants. They are my very favorite! They could be used as pockets (easy for others) or as AI2's.

If you want fitteds, Clover t-fitteds are really trim, but they aren't super absorbent.

I have pics of Swaddlebees, Softbums, and AMP Duos on ds at 2mos, if you'd like to see the fit of them.

I think the BG sized AIOs meet your criteria except for it has aplix. There are people who can convert them to snaps for you though, if you went that route.

I love the Imse Vimse AIO, but it's not cheap and I think it's really bulky. I normally use them at home.

The IV AIO is my fave too. No leaks. I don't find it any bulkier than BG 3.0 although nothing is as trim as the BG Organic AIO.

Thanks for all the ideas! I have a feeling my stash is going to consist of a bunch of different diapers, instead of all one kind!

I wish the organic cotton dipes didn't stain so badly. The sun helps a lot, but I live in Wisconsin. I accidentally froze a GrowBaby soaker to the back step this week trying to sun out the stains!

I just bought the Flip diapers. Super trim... I am still not sure if I love them, and the price is debatable.
I did find that the microfiber liners are awesome, and I can take another diaper and fold it into the flip and it works just the same as the liners it comes with.
Mostly we use bamboo diapers with a wool cover though. Not really trim, but it sure makes for a cute tush.

Ooh, I'm glad to hear the Flips are trim. I already ordered one to try, along with a Rocky Mountain and a Thirsties Fab Fitted. Have bookmarked the AMP Duos -- and bG organic AIO as a last resort.

A friend of mine told me cloth diapering was fun and addicting, and she was right!

I'm a huge fan of one-size diapers so that the cost is more reasonable in the long run. For trimness: the Swaddlebees Econappi wins. It's not the most absorbent diaper out there, but man is it less bulk than any other pocket I use. But once again I'm going to plug the Rumparooz. (I swear they aren't paying me to advertise.) If you use just the one size insert they aren't that bulky and they are the most absorbent suckers out there. They are one of the more pricey ones, but their range of sizing is incredible.

Have you considered Knickernappies? They snap on the sides, which makes the front smooth and trim. They're fleece inside, so staining shouldn't be an issue. They are priced similarly to Fuzzi Bunz, I think.

I'll second the plug for Rumparooz!! I LOVE them.

DS has about 25 of them in his stash, he is 4 weeks old, and they are super absorbant. They are kind of bulky on him right now on the newborn setting, but its not too bad. And the colors and prints are super cute. I havent had any staining issues so far, and they are easy to put on, we chose the snap option.

We liked Blue Penguin AIO's when DD1 was in mediums.

AppleCheeks!

I love, love, love mine! They are exactly what you are looking for - snaps only, trim, not cotton, super easy, affordable.
When bought individually they are less affordable but as a system they are much less than other systems - the inserts are one size, and the covers are two-size. They can be used as insert+cover, or like a pocket diaper (which makes it really easy for gramma)

I love the tiny tush fitteds, but of course you would need a cover over them. They might make pockets too though.
