Zolowear or Sleeping Baby ring sling (and which fabric)?

This will be my second baby and for my first I had a NoJo (awful, awful), so I'm looking for a better sling time around. I also have a Moby and a Beco but I really like a sling for quick transitions. And I figure this baby will be worn quite a bit due to activities with my toddler.
Anyway, I think I've narrowed it down to a Zolowear or Sleeping Baby. I LOVE the prints on the Zolo, but I've read that it's hard to adjust and the material is too stretchy. I've read great reviews on Sleeping Baby but their patterns are pretty boring and I'm confused on the all the fabric choices. I'm thinking tensel sounds good.
Any thoughts or experience with these?

Thanks so much!!

We loved the overlapping pleats of the Sleeping Baby shoulder. I find it super comfy and still occasionally tote my 2 year old around in one. If you find her fabrics too boring you can either jazz them up with one of her tail accents or you can send your own fabric in and have a custom sling made.

As far as fabric choices, I really like the European linen, but tencel is very nice as well

I've had both!

HANDS down. ZOlo is prettier but sleeping baby is more comfy. ANd be different and send her any material YOU love and she will sew it up for you... but even better. follow her directions and do it yourself. I did and it is SO EASY!! The last thing I had made before the sling was an 8th grade home ec project!!

I used an old sarong I had bought on vacation and it was awesome!

A third vote for Sleeping Baby. There are some drop-dead gorgeous Zolos, but I find the shoulder to be so uncomfortable and awkward to use. The Sleeping Baby shoulder is wonderful. There are lots of fabric choices plus accented ones -- I think there's a lot more choices from Sleeping Baby than Zolo has.

I have a SBP'd Maya...the fabric is really gorgeous. Jan just got a ton of new maya fabrics, too, like 90lbs worth of maya fabric. I can't speak to her regular fabrics, but the mayas are worth a look.

I have both and love them both!

I have a silk Zolo. I love it because it is double layer, is easy to adjust, has a zipper pocket and is pretty.

For my SBP sling, I sent Jan my own fabric. (linen, rayon blend) The shoulder is a little comfier than my Zolo, but I actually find it a little harder to adjust.

I'd LOVE to have a double layer silk SBP sling. Best of both worlds!
