I am having a holiday potluck tomorrow night & I am stumped as to what to make! What are your favorites? please share!

We have a sausage casserole that we really love....and chili is also a crowd pleasing thing at this house Or a friend of mine made spinach lasagna that sounded amazing

I made an apple-"sausage" stuffing for Thanksgiving that all my omni relatives LOVED. It was a bag of Arrowhead Mills stuffing mix, 1 onion & several stalks of celery (diced & sauteed), Gimme Lean sausage, and extra spices (sage, thyme, etc.) Then I used apple juice with a little apple cider vinegar as the liquid. I doubled the liquid it called for because it seemed too dry to make it through the oven. Oh and I added some pecans in too.
