OMG! My dog just...

ate my toddler's poop! GROSS!

I wasn't paying attention. And DD has been holding her poop the last few months so I never worry about poops showing up anymore.

Instead of eating lunch and feeding what she didn't want to the dog like I thought she was...she was taking a dump on the carpet and the dog was eating it. YUCK!

I can't believe it.

And here I thought my dog was on her deathbed. She's been super sick all week and I just made another vet appt.

But now as I watch her stare at DD with her ears perked up BEGGING for more poop I wonder if I was mistaken. Soooo gross.

It's nasty a nasty but common thing for some dogs to do. My childhood best friend's mom had this yorkshire terrier who would regularly go into their yard and eat his own poop. It was so gross. We'd be out there playing, and suddenly there is Whiskers with a turd dangling from his mouth. EWWWW!

I was changing my son's poopy diaper at a friend's house, and as soon as I put the poop-filled diaper to the side, the dogs took it to the couch and ate it ALL before I could even get it back. It was disgusting!!

Sorry if I grossed you out. We have 2 dogs. This is the GOOD dog. The one I was up with last night when she was sick. The one I CRIED about last night when I thought about having to put her down. She has never eaten poop before that I know of.

I dunno. Maybe she has a bucket list and this one of those things to do before she...

The OTHER dog is a known poop eater and smells like it and thus lives a lonely life mostly in the basement.

Not quite as bad: we had a dog and a cat at the same time. We had to keep the dog away from the litter box. <puke>

Yeah, when my dog is in the house, I have to keep her out of the hallway, because she heads straight for the litterbox. For her, it's like Nom, nom, nom - SNACKS!!!

Never had a dog eat human poop, but I am sure my dog would if she had the chance. She eats everything else.

I have a dog that will take every opportunity to eat my toddlers poo. Luckily there are not that many opportunities, but once or twice I was actually pleased to find i didn't have to clean it up.

Dogs are SOOOO disgusting!
One time I was reaching under my brother's bed for a Lego and felt something wet and slimy. It was a rat's head, severed, chewed and overall slimed. I guess one of the cats brought it in and the dog had been masticating it in his "den". SO gross.
