My son is almost 14 months old and I'm seeking to add a bit more structure to the rhythm of our days. (Life has been chaotic the past several months, but things are calm now and this is a great time to make changes!) What does your average day look like?

DS is 19 months old. We both thrive on a schedule so it's been our saviour for some time. Of course, if he's sick or not feeling up to it we're more laid back and tend to take it easy.
6:30/7a - DS wakes up, watches a little bit of cartoons with Dad in bed while I get dressed/showered
7:30/8a - Breakfast, get DS dressed & cleaned up
9a - Somewhere between 9 and 10 we go out. To the library, to play group, day care etc. If we don't go out I try to do an actual activity with him. the website www.productiveparenting.com has a lot of good ideas
11:45/Noon - lunch
12:15/12:30 - nap for 1.5 - 2 hours
Afternoons we usually run errands or just play at home. Sometimes we'll do an afternoon playgroup or something but most kids we know nap until 3 or 4p now.
5:30/6p - dinner
6:45p - bath
7:30 - bed

DS is 2.5 and I'm preg with #2
5:00 AM- Good Morning
Go downstairs, make tes/coffee/DS plays
6:30 AM- Daddy and DS take a shower while I clean up and get his clothes out.
7:00- DS gets dressed, brushes teeth and we return downstairs to make breakfast and DS eats then plays(colors, paints, blocks etc) while I clean/check email etc.
8:00-11:00 morning activity usually entails going to our barn where I ride and DS plays with his babysitter there(gets his dose of fresh air) OR DS has his music together class or gym class THEN we go to the barn.
12:00 home for lunch
12:30- 2:00 DS takes nap, time varries
2:00- 4:00 we do errands and/or something fun like go to the park, aquarium, or grocery shop because he's a blast to shop with and we love it
4:00 I set DS up with a movie and begin cooking dinner, do chores etc. If DS isn't into a movie, he comes and helps me cook or bake too
5:30 Daddy gets home and we eat dinner
6-7:30 play and clean up
7:30 upstirs all of us to get ready for bed, DS might take a second shower, read books, go to sleep...yup all of us at 8:00...I have no more energy at that point

I have an almost 2.5 year old, and I'm pregnant too.
7-8am wake up. DD has been sleeping until almost 8, and I've had insomnia so this is perfect. We wake up and have snuggle time for at least 20 minutes and this includes petting the cats who are in bed, talking about our day, etc.
Our mornings are lazy lazy lazy. I still am battling some fatigue/morning sickness, so normally we have breakfast, clean up, do an art project, take steamy hot showers, have free play etc until about 11-12pm.
Depending on the day we either make lunch here, or go to our favorite diner followed by errands, play date, or adventuring. On days where it's too darn cold we will watch a movie or something.
Dinner follows, books, and one nature program before bed.
We are watching way too much TV because I've been feeling so crappy. On the days I'm not we go into Manhattan to the zoo or museum to have a blast.
