I'm honestly surprised no one squashed this article before it made it to print. It's about time someone pointed that out to the regular public - now maybe people will believe it since it was in the paper.

People with faith in vaccines will find a way to still feel okay. It takes a lot of problems to raise doubts about sacred cows. We are getting there, but not quite.

Yeah. The Sacred Cow would actually have to murder someone in front of their eyes.

Hopefully other news sources will pick up on this issue, and not let it die.

Representative Rosa DeLauro, a Connecticut Democrat who said she had long been a supporter of the C.D.C., said: “That is why I am so concerned about this report issued by the inspector general exposing serious ethics violations within the C.D.C. All members of the federal advisory committees, whose recommendations direct federal policy, should be without conflict of interest.”
I'm in CT...all I have to say is - Now DeLauro is concerned? Where has she been sticking her head. The woman has been in politics for as long as I can remember!

Yeah, I read the article, and read select bits of it outloud to my dad, w/ the comment 'and people wonder why I don't vax...'

I mean, really. What other industry would we allow this BS to go on in?? What other industry would we give blanket immunity to?? WHY are vaccines so frigging special that the companies have absolute freedom to test there stuff however they want and as long as its 'approved' via flawed studies done by people w/ major conflicts of interest, they become immune to lawsuits... How does this fly with *ANYBODY*!?!?!

Doctors knew in 1940 the pertussis component was neurotoxic and it was still used until 1996 --- will it take another 56 years to have something done about the aP component?
