Years ago I got this recipe in a magazine and I've made it a few times, but not in a long while and now I can't find the recipe.
It has cranberries in it and the cookies are rolled up like little croissants. It's not a pinwheel type cookie though, it's almost similar to a rugala. I seem to remember that the dough part contained cottage cheese as an ingredient (?)
I know this is a long shot, but if anyone can help I'd be grateful, I want to make them for Christmas. Thanks!
