..and I should be.
I have looked up on different websites what I am about to ask you all here, and what I had read on previous sites was somewhat harsh and I believe everyone is entitled to their own opinions.. but I'll start off saying I am aware of consequences.. I just want some other pregnant women's opinions on this.
The night before last, my husband brought some Bud Light home. I'm 22 weeks pregnant and as of our last ultrasound, me and baby are both very healthy. I had an aunt who said 1 wine or beer occasionally would be okay. I didn't drink a whole bottle, but a little over half. I didn't get drunk off of it, but afterward I felt so guilty freaking out over what if I had just caused my baby to develop FAS. Do you think I really screwed up, or will it be okay? I hadn't drank in a very long time, and honestly don't know why I made that decision, even if it was not much.

: At least go for something good and tasty if you are having it.
In Italy they tell women to cut down to 1 glass of wine. The slight amount of alcohol in half of a beer (a bud light at that) is not not bad at all. It's not like you drank half a fifth of vodka.
