inositol regimen

ok, that "true natural remedy" thread is just plain ridiculous at this point. there are over 600 replies! even browsing for 45 minutes, i didn't get through half of them!

For those that have tried inositol and had success:

1. how much did you take (in mg/grams) per day?
2. how long did you take it?
3. when did you feel results?
4. did you take any other natural supplements along with it?
5. Did you wean off of it and how?

General advice??

I've just started taking it on Thurs. I think I've been taking 12 grams a day, but I'm not sure i did the math right. (600 mg per 1/4 tsp = 12 grams per 5 tsp , right?)I've been feeling a little better. I also take it with L-tyrosine and a multi vitamin every day.

Hoping for some good replies. I just started yesterday with 500 mg Inositol caps, plus high potency B vitamins and Omega supplement. Today was a better day than yesterday, but I can't attribute that to the supplements yet. Thanks for starting a new thread!
