I had a peak under the paper covering my jar & my second attempt at making MASTER TONIC has turned green again,
do you think it could be mold ?
did I use too many dry ingredients and not enought vinegar ?
do you boil the dry ingredients before storing in the jar (I thaught it had to be started with RAW ingredients ...)
I didn't sterilise the jar before canning, just rinced it in very hot water ...
any advice appreciated ! Thanks in advance !
